What is the PBL Newsflash?

The PBL Newsflash brings you hot-off-the-press news on PBL publications of great current interest or containing information of broad societal importance. Since the PBL Newsflash will report only this type of news, frequency of publication will be irregular, probably about 3 - 4 times a year.
